These are some of the questions that I asked myself years ago before I started on my fitness journey that would see me not only transform my lifestyle through fitness but later move on to become a Personal Trainer in order to use my knowledge and experience to help others achieve similar results. Using this experience, I take pride in considering all aspects of my clients' lifestyles to help them understand how to achieve their desired results and more.
Working with clients that range from office professionals, sports players or those preparing for triathlons and hardcore obstacle races, my aim is to listen to the goals of a client and help them achieve these through carefully considered programming, coaching, nutritional advice and support. I like to tailor clients training programmes to incorporate a mix of free weight/resistance training and freestyle training with an enthuses on core development. My greatest pride is in helping those that are new to the gym or less experienced in building confidence and understanding of how to support themselves moving forward with and without me by their side for direction.
