Having over 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry, a former black belt in kickboxing, commercial dancing and of recent adding bodybuilding to her many talents. She has merged all her relevant skills and now offers Personal Training to suit anyone's needs/requirements. Specialising in Competition Prep, Body Conditioning, Weight Loss, Mass Gain and Nutritional plans.  3 Degrees achieved in Law & Information Technology, Sports Science & Psychology and several other fitness courses over the years and an ITEC Qualified Deep Tissue Therapist.

As well as being a Personal Trainer, I am a BodyPump, Spin, BodyBalance and Yoga instructor, and I run a variety of indoor and outdoor Bootcamps. For my own training I am a competitive UK Bodybuilding athlete. With all of this under my belt I have helped clients with a wide range of goals, from lifestyle changes and helping total gym newcomers, to strength, mobility and pre and post pregnancy fitness.

 

Personal Training to me is all about helping my clients find their happy place, body, mind and soul".
